Live weather, voice foundation, and Vera UX hardening
Live weather via Brave Search with no hallucination. Bounded voice spike behind feature flags. Deterministic checklist rendering, preview submission integrity, stale completion fixes, natural phrase rename support, and main screen usage guidance.
